In the heart of the Salento countryside, CàPasa is an independent villa of approximately 130 sqm conceived as a contemporary reinterpretation of traditional Apulian rural architecture.
The project engages with olive trees, local stone and Mediterranean vegetation through essential volumes, textured surfaces and architectural screens that guide both movement and views.
Outdoor spaces, from the swimming pool to the pergola, are designed as a natural extension of the house, while the interiors celebrate soft light, natural materials and bespoke furnishings.
